What does Dimes N Slimez offer?
DNS is more than apparel. We offer fashion, personalized custom creations, embroidery, DTF printing, select custom gifts, and Photo Booth Experiences featuring our 360° Photo Booth, Mirror Photo Booth, and Ultimate Experience for events and celebrations.
Can I request a custom design?
Absolutely. Custom is what we do. Tell us your idea, preferred item, colors, wording, and any inspiration you have, and we'll work with you to bring your vision to life.
What items can I have customized?
Custom options may include T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, apparel, embroidered pieces, drinkware, gifts, and more. Available options vary by design and project, so contact us if you have something specific in mind.
What Photo Booth Experiences does DNS offer?
DNS offers three Photo Booth Experience options: our 360° Photo Booth for immersive video moments, our interactive Mirror Photo Booth with professional-quality photos and instant printing, and the DNS Ultimate Experience featuring both booths operating simultaneously. Package options and available upgrades vary by experience.
How far in advance should I book or place a custom order?
The earlier, the better. Custom orders and Photo Booth Experience bookings require time for planning and preparation. Turnaround varies based on the project, quantity, customization, and event date. Popular event dates may fill quickly, so we recommend submitting your request as early as possible.
What is your return policy for custom items?
Because personalized items are created specifically for you, custom orders are generally final sale unless there is an error or defect with your order. Please review all names, wording, sizes, colors, and design details carefully before approving your order.
