Everything you need to know before bringing the DNS 360° Experience to your celebration.
WHAT'S INCLUDED WITH THE 360° PHOTO BOOTH EXPERIENCE?
Every DNS 360° package includes the 360° Photo Booth Experience, an on-site booth attendant, unlimited 360° videos, instant digital sharing, a custom event overlay, and setup and breakdown. Additional features vary by package.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?
We recommend requesting your date as early as possible, especially for weekends and popular event dates. Dates are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until your booking is confirmed.
HOW MUCH SPACE IS NEEDED FOR THE 360° BOOTH?
The 360° booth requires a clear, level area with enough space for the platform, camera arm, equipment and guests to safely enjoy the experience. We'll confirm setup requirements with you before your event.
IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO RESERVE MY DATE?
Yes. A 30% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. Your date is not officially reserved until the retainer has been received and your booking has been confirmed.
DO YOU TRAVEL FOR EVENTS?
Yes! DNS 360° Experiences are available for events throughout the surrounding NJ/NY area. Standard packages include travel within 20 miles of our service area. Events outside that area may require an additional travel fee. Tolls, parking and other venue-related travel expenses may also apply. Any additional fees will be discussed and included in your quote before booking.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY?
The 30% booking retainer is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 7 days before your event. Your retainer may be transferred one time to a new available date within 6 months of the original event date. Requests made less than 7 days before the event are not guaranteed and may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
If you cancel more than 7 days before your event, payments beyond the retainer will be refunded, less any non-refundable event-specific expenses already incurred. Cancellations within 7 days of the event will result in forfeiture of all payments made.
CAN THE 360° PHOTO BOOTH BE USED OUTDOORS?
Yes, weather permitting. Outdoor events must provide a covered, dry and level setup area with access to a suitable power source. For the safety of our guests, staff and equipment, DNS reserves the right to pause or discontinue the 360° experience if rain, high winds, extreme temperatures or other unsafe conditions occur. We'll work with you whenever possible to determine the best setup option for your event.
