READY-TO-SHIP ORDERS
Ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping time begins after your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier.

CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS
Custom apparel, embroidery, DTF printing, personalized creations, and other made-to-order items require additional production time. Your estimated turnaround time will be provided or confirmed as part of your order or quote.

SHIPPING & TRACKING
Once a shipped order is on the way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method, destination, and carrier.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.

DELIVERY DELAYS
Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery times. Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, carrier-related delays may occur.

LOCAL DELIVERY
